Phuket Travel and Tours has has an online booking and payment system for those that want everything organised before they go to the Airport. We use Paypal for organising the payments to ensure your secure online payment.
Phuket Travel and Tours Cancellation Policy.
If you cancel your Tour more than a week prior to your excusrion or show, full refund will be given at Paypals pace (we have no control on that). 50% refund between 7 days and 1 day prior to booking date. No refunds will be given with less than 1 days notice.
Cancellations to ill health will need to refunded via your own travel insurance policy.
Should your Tour be cancelled by us or the operators due to inclement weather or another act, we will refund you 100% or schedule you on the next available Tour. For this reason accurate Contact Details are essential. You will need to keep your electronic contact available.
